Our commitment
Nerdy Number Lovers is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to read our content, use our tools, and reach us — regardless of how they browse.
We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely recognized for making web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor differences.
What we’re doing
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. On an ongoing basis we work to:
- Use clear headings and a logical reading order so content is easy to navigate.
- Add descriptive alternative text to images so screen-reader users get the same information.
- Maintain readable color contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone, not just a mouse.
- Write link text that makes sense on its own.
- Test our pages with free accessibility tools and fix issues as we find them.
Where we may fall short
Because our site includes content that is published and updated frequently, some pages may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. We treat any barrier as something to fix, and we review the site regularly to catch and correct issues.
